DEN AI is a web-based platform that transforms how real estate agents manage buyer relationships. By using AI to listen to and transcribe client conversations, DEN AI helps agents keep track of homebuyer preferences, streamline follow-ups, and centralize all communication insights in one place.

My Role
As the product designer on DEN AI, I led the end-to-end design process—from early discovery and workflow mapping to interface design and usability validation. DEN AI automatically transcribes calls between agents and buyers, surfacing standout moments and organizing them into themes (e.g., “loves natural light” or “must have a fenced yard”). Agents can revisit conversations without re-listening to full calls.

Action Item Tracking
Agents can log, assign, and track follow-ups like booking showings, sending listings, or checking in—keeping their workflow organized without switching tools.

Searchable Conversation History
Instead of relying on memory or scattered notes, agents can quickly search across past calls to retrieve exactly what a buyer said about location, budget, or dealbreakers.Impact
